Greener Ventures Box Scheme aims to supply local people with fresh,
seasonal, organically grown fruit and vegetables as cheaply as possible,
and to provide a bike and trailer home delivery service.

Greener Ventures is a non-profit making,
wholesale buying club run by its members.
People who join the scheme are encouraged to get involved – by helping
to advertise the scheme in their local area, or by helping with sorting or
delivery. Sorting and delivery work is
paid for with produce. Your comments and
ideas are welcomed – as a member run scheme there is plenty of scope for
initiative.
We
supply vegetables and fruit in set bags at £7.00 - £10.00 per bag depending on
income. We also supply organic bread at
£1.50 per 800gm loaf and eggs at £1.40 per half dozen. Home delivery costs £1 for one bag and 30p per
additional bag, or you can collect your produce directly from us. Life membership of Greener Ventures costs £1.
Delivery
takes place by bicycle and trailer on a Wednesday. At present the areas we deliver to are SE5, SE15*, SE17, SW2, SE22 SE24 and parts
of SW9. We are open for collection
on Wednesdays at the Peckham Settlement between

is made a week in advance and may be paid to the deliverer or when you collect
your order. Alternatively you send a cheque,
made payable to Greener Ventures Ltd,
or
arrange a standing order.
*We
have funding to further subsidise low-income households in SE15. Please ring for details.
